This page is thinner than the others on purpose. Our research pass covered Android app rollback (via APK archives) and the RTK reference station's official tool in detail, but didn't turn up an equivalent path for iOS. Rather than guess, we're flagging the gap.

What we actually know

Same underlying situation as Android: two different things can need "rolling back" — the companion app on your phone, and the mower's own body firmware — and they're not the same problem. See the Android guide for the fuller breakdown of that distinction, which applies regardless of phone platform.

For mower body firmware specifically, there's no confirmed manual downgrade path on any platform (Android included) — it's OTA-only. That part of the picture doesn't change based on which phone you use.

What's unconfirmed

Whether there's a real, working way to install an older version of the iOS app specifically (iOS's sideloading options are more restrictive than Android's, so an APK-archive-style approach doesn't directly translate) — this needs someone to actually try it and report back, not another guess from us.

If you've found a working iOS-specific path — or confirmed there isn't one — let us know. This is one of the most useful gaps someone could help close.
